In your share this week: Swiss chard, butter lettuce, Napa cabbage, joi choi, spinach, rainbow carrots, Hakurei turnips, yellow onions.

Use first (will keep about a week): butter lettuce, spinach
Store a little longer (about 2 weeks): joi choi, Swiss chard
Store very well (a month or more): everything else!

While your produce is super fresh, it has not been washed!
Please take care to always wash your vegetables well before enjoying.
