Use first (will keep about 1 week): lettuce
Store a little longer (will keep about 2 weeks): kale, joi choi
Store very well (a month or more): everything else!
While your produce is super fresh, it has not been washed!

Week 8 of the Winter CSA
Can you believe the Winter CSA is more than half way through? Just two weeks remaining. Our indoor spring greens are up and growing, we’ll be ready for the coming season!
With short days and frigid nights, this time of year we rely heavily on our fall root veggies to get us through! Luckily, we have plenty of them, and now you do, too! These versatile roots lend themselves to all sorts of pursuits. Here are the recipes we’re salivating over this week:
