Happy Wednesday, CSA family! “Lettuce” present this fabulous share for your enjoyment! Week 9 of 10 brings lots of beautiful greenhouse lettuce — we’ve included some of each variety that we grow. We have just one little bed of swiss chard, so we hope you enjoy this blue moon rainbow treat. Your collard greens are more tender than you will ever find at the store — which opens up a host of options with them in the kitchen (here’s looking at you, Collard Green Enchiladas). We are down to our last crate of watermelon radishes, but the good news is, these fuschia beauties will store for a few more months sealed in your refrigerator, so you can stretch out the joy. You can find everything you’ve ever wanted to know about this sassy little radish here. Rainbow carrots will also keep for quite some time sealed in the fridge, however there are more of those to come, so eat up! And don’t forget to sneak a peek at tonight’s super blue moon!
