One of our favorite things about growing? Getting to experience the excitement of any given season ahead of the game! While the first day of spring is still 2 weeks away, we have been planning and planting for the season for months. Our baby onions are up, the greenhouses are chock full of transplants, and we are even sowing some spring vegetables in the garden! Speaking of the garden, ours is getting bigger! Thanks to your loyal support, and an ever-increasing demand for Priapi veggies, we have created a new growing space behind the farm stand and packing shed. As of Monday, ‘Field A’ is sown to leafy greens, carrots, and beets. We hope this makes you hungry! Stick with us this spring and we’ll keep you well fed with the very best produce.
Brand new — ‘Field A’ outlined in red!
We’ll get an early jump on the season in Field A by covering these crops with low tunnels,
after they’ve had a bit more rain to get them growing!
We hope you are enjoying this lovely weather.
