In your share this week: Napa cabbage, sweet potatoes, fennel fronds, kohlrabi, onions, mixed mushrooms, rainbow carrots, black radish, purple top turnips (large share pictured).
Freshly planted leafy greens are slowly making their way to a farmstand or farmers market near you! The more sunny days we have, the faster they’ll grow!
Winter CSA Week 4
Use first (will keep about a week): fennel fronds, mushrooms
Store very well (a month or more): everything else!
While your produce is super fresh, it has not been washed!
Please take care to always wash your vegetables well before enjoying.

Our (first ever) fall greenhouse fennel crop is the most tender we have ever grown! The whole plant is delicious. We’ve included fronds in your share, they are a great substitute for celery!
