While your produce is super fresh, it has not been washed! Please take care to always wash your vegetables well before enjoying.

The final week of our Summer CSA is here! And whether you have been waiting for this day for a long time, or are already looking forward to your next CSA share (coming next week, if you’ve already signed up for the Fall season) we thank you for your support of our small family farm. Our CSA is a pillar of our vegetable operation, and we are grateful for your participation. We also value your feedback! What is a “shallion”, you ask? A shallion is a magical unicorn of the CSA experience, and as the name suggests, it is a shallot that we harvested at scallion size. Use them cooked or raw, expect delicious mild shallot flavor in a scallionesque package! Yes, we made the name up, but we think you will thank us once you try them! Our favorite uses are for enhancing salads, or as a garnish on a nice clear broth soup full of noodles and veggies!
