While your produce is super fresh, it has not been washed! Please take care to always wash your vegetables well before enjoying.

Kohl rabi has arrived! The translation of this versatile veg means cabbage root, and it is delicious raw, pickled, grilled, steamed, sautéed, grated, you name it! Try the leaves, too! They are tender and mild. We prefer to peel our kohl rabi bulbs, then they can be used however you’d like.

Watch out for those spicy peppers! The largest are poblano, and they are the mildest. The small peppers are SUPER hot. Peach ghost, habanero, bishops crown, atomic starfish; to name a few of the spicy varieties that may be in your share. We like to make our own hot sauce to keep us warm through the winter with these dangerous beauties.

Enjoy with caution!
