Use first (will keep about a week): claytonia, kale buds/blossoms, radishes, lettuce
Store a little longer (about 2 weeks): sprouts, kale, cress, chives

While your produce is super fresh, it has not been washed! Please take care to always wash your vegetables well before enjoying.

This week is the last of the Spring CSA season. If you haven’t purchased your summer share yet, the time is now! You can follow this link to purchase through our website, or stop by and purchase in person. This is the season of strawberries, asparagus, kale, snap peas, garlic, gorgeous onions, cherry tomatoes, slicing tomatoes, sweet peppers, hot peppers, summer squash and zucchini, sweet corn on the cob, kohl rabi, cabbage, beets, swiss chard, summer crisp lettuce, fresh herbs, string beans, eggplant, cucumbers, and more, so get your share before its too late! Our Summer CSA season runs for 22 weeks, from April 24th (this coming Wednesday!)-September 18th.
